Click Forensics is the industry leader in scoring, auditing, and improving traffic quality for the online advertising community.  We are the dominant provider of traffic quality management solutions in the performance-based advertising market (CPC), and we plan to do exactly the same for the display advertising space in the near future with solutions for DSPs, ad agencies, ad exchanges, publishers, and very large display advertisers.

Strategic Accounts Sales Manager

We are seeking senior strategic accounts sales executives in Austin, LA, or New York City.

This role will be responsible for leading all aspects of new customer acquisition, revenue generation and customer account penetration.  Specific areas of responsibility include direct sales, channel sales and account management.  The Strategic Accounts Sales Manager will be accountable for achieving sales and revenue quotas and for delivering accurate and tangible sales forecasts.  Working closely with the executive team, the ideal candidate will influence company technology, product line planning, and strategic partnerships as well as other strategic goals and execution requirements. 

Relevant Experience:

  • Experience selling into or for the online ad network space.  Technology sales to ad network clients is extremely relevant, while media sales to advertisers/agencies is not.
  • 5+ years of increasing sales responsibility, with a consistent history of over-achievement to Plan/Quota
  • Demonstrated understanding of solution selling processes in a consultative and evangelical sales environment
  • Proven ability to penetrate targeted organizations, identify key players, and present appropriate/compelling value proposition
  • Strong experience in enterprise sales and selling SaaS products
  • Successful track record of navigating the approval process for complex/large transaction deals
  • Success at consistently building pipeline while achieving quarterly sales and revenue goals
  • Proven success managing existing account relationships so as to penetrate and radiate sales/revenue across client departments and divisions.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both externally with clients/prospects and internally
  • Highly organized with outstanding time management skills
  • Able to work in a flexible, start-up environment
  • Aggressive, motivated self-starter able to work remotely and be productive with little supervision
  • Able to collaborate and work cross-functionally to pull appropriate resources/efforts together for large client initiatives
  • Salesforce.com experience a plus
  • Sense of humor a must

Developer: Data Mining / Machine Learning

The position requires experience in data mining, statistical analysis, as well as the development of rule based systems. You will be analyzing data sets using pattern recognition techniques and statistical techniques to find patterns of behavior indicative of fraud. You will be designing rules sets to detect fraud and other invalid types of behavior. You will be working with very senior engineers in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching new techniques to use to detect click fraud
  • Product development including the implementation of techniques

Required Skills/Attributes:

  • Experience in developing a classifier using machine learning techniques
  • Experience in feature extraction and feature selection
  • Experience in predictive modeling with naïve Bayes, Logistics Regression or Support Vector Machines
  • Strong background in statistics
  • Strong Experience with SQL programming

Desired Skills/Attributes:

  • Familiarity with statistical analysis packages such as MS SQL Data Mining, SAS or Clementine
  • Familiarity with online advertising
  • Familiarity with web analytics products
  • C#, .NET programming skills

Senior Software Developer

Skills: .NET, C#, ASP.Net, SQL, Windows

Click Forensics is seeking a senior designer capable making a dramatic impact in a development organization. We are looking for senior developers who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a very senior team of experienced developers and architects.
