Product Manager

Click Forensics is actively seeking a Product Manager to own its product requirements and roadmap. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Product Management.

Product Manager Responsibilities:

  • Author Marketing Requirements
  • Author Product Requirements
  • Author Product Roadmap
  • Assist with Product Marketing Product Collateral
  • Assist with sales calls
  • Meet with clients to pitch product and listen to requirements
  • Meet with Development to communicate requirements
  • Research competition
  • Pitch roadmap and marketing requirements to senior management
  • Serve as an activist for the customer internally

Senior Software Developer

Skills: .NET, C#, ASP.Net, SQL, Windows

Click Forensics is seeking a senior designer capable making a dramatic impact in a development organization. We are looking for senior developers who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a very senior team of experienced developers and architects.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Product Design
  • Product Implementation
  • Product Testing harness development
  • Writing specifications

Required Skills/Attributes:

  • Strong C#, .NET programming skills
  • Strong Experience with SQL programming
  • Experience with ASP.NET

Desired Skills/Attributes:

  • Familiarity with online advertising
  • Knowledge of statistics, machine learning and/or data mining
  • Familiarity with web analytics products

Click Forensics Research Intern (Paid internship)

Description of the Internship:

The intern will work in a busy environment, rotating through a number of functions over the period of the internship and working with a variety of staff. The core areas will allow the intern to conduct research projects and short term implementation projects.

Specific assignments will include:

  • Research sources of data on the Internet for click fraud detection product, including lists of bots and anonymous proxies
  • Product optimization to improve heuristics and performance
  • Automation of product testing
  • Data mining to product efficacy

Knowledge and Skills the Intern May Acquire:

  • Working in a Team
  • Researching on the Internet
  • Analytical Skills including Data Mining
  • Communication Skills including Presentation skills

Minimum Candidate Qualifications:

  • Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with the Internet. Proficient in Microsoft Windows platform and applications.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Oral communication skills

Required Skills:

  • Programming, scripting, or SQL skills

Outcome:

Through the work on Click Forensics assignments, the intern will receive valuable insight into the working environment in a venture backed early stage software company. The intern will also gain domain knowledge of the fastest growing part of our economy – Pay Per Click (PPC) online advertising.
